Unfortunately I don't know of any application that can do this.
CHMs are a bunch of HTML files all assembled together into one file. You might have to extract all the HTML files individually then make a PDF out of them.

i actually ran into this same issuse recently and couldnt find anything to help me. so i've decided to build my own app to do it. i need AppleScript practice and this seems like a good way to get some. i'll send you a PM when (if
