In older versions of iOS, you could choose the device used to locate you. I have an Apple Watch and an iPhone. When I click on Me in Find My, it says that My Location is determined by my iPhone and my cellular Apple Watch. But there is no longer any way to use only the iPhone. Find My always uses the location of my watch, but I want it to use my phone. Is there any way to do this without turning off Find My on the watch? Thanks in advance.

I have this same issue - my wife's iPhone and Apple Watch are both paired to my Find My, but the default is the Apple Watch, not the iPhone. My wife occasionally doesn't take her Apple Watch with her, but she always has her iPhone. When I use Find My - it shows her location as wherever the Apple Watch is, even when the Apple Watch is sitting at home on the charger.

I can work around by looking for her iPhone in the devices tab - but shouldn't it default to the iPhone instead of the Apple Watch?
