Yes yes, I know I shouldn't be using flash... I use ClicktoFlash's built in HTML5 player to view most videos on the net, but some still require original flash. I've noticed its very choppy when viewing in fullscreen, anyone got a fix?

I have the same problem, html5, silverlight videos work fine. Downgrading to another version of Flash didn't seem to fix it :(

Why should you NOT be using Flash? I use Flash and it works great. Use what works not what the Apple propaganda machine tells you.

fullscreen stutters here too…

I'm having the same problem. Eyetv recordings, live tv, games, flash video, H.264 video... almost everything fullscreen eventually starts to stutter. Once in a while it will stop, but I usually have to put the videos in a large window, or pause games until it stops. Everything was butter smooth until Mtn. Lion. I was hoping the .1 update would fix it, but nope.

I've been checking the forums every so often to see if anyone else is having this issue and have seen several so far. And I've already reported it to applecare myself once. The worse part is I can't watch football games fullscreen anymore. It's really getting annoying.

Choppy Flash video playback (full screen) Mac OS Mountain lion

I'm having the same problem... HTML 5 and Silverlight work fine but flash is super jumpy especially in HD. Works ok sometimes when not in full screen mode so I just do the little screen zoom trick. I don't have perian installed and I have uninstalled divx, next is flip for mac and then I will try Flash and reinstalling an older version. I think everything worked fine when I first updated but when I updated the flash plug in it started (again I think). I have an older macbook pro so there might be no hope for me but who knows.

Macbook Pro 2.4 GHz Core 2 Duo, 4GB ram, NVIDIA GeForce 8600M GT... like I said old, late 2007
