Anyone in a place where they can go to the genius store and show their device. I am in India and hence do not have that luxury. Just want to know what resolution are you guys being provided with ? A replacement or an assurance of a fix?
 
Yes, light in the tunnel. Apple asked me to install a profile and to gather sysdiagnose when the problem happens. Sent them 3 different occurrences and files 600MB of diagnostic information. Hope that it’ll help them.

They did the same to me. Asked for these diagnostic logs basis the bug I had raised on bug reporter. But to no avail. They just closed the thread saying that my issue is a duplicate and that they cannot provide an update on when the issue will get resolved. They already have a bug raised for this issue in their CMS. Can you share a screen shot of what you had raised in the bug reporter ?

I have a hunch that you might also be told that your issue is a duplicate of an existing issue
 
I’ve also reported issues with video recording, the 4K 24fps in particular has some serious problems, the 30fps less so but still..... very bad apple this iPhone ;)
 
I have this with itunes movies in the TV app. Turning off auto brightness helped. I haven't spent much time in Netflix yet.
 
I cant see any choppiness on anything in Netflix here.. iPhone XS 44 week production (first week of November).
 
Is the same choppy playback visible on the Xs? I have the Xs Max, I’m thinking of exchanging this one for the Xs.
