i would assume use iTunes to get back to a regular 1.1.3 phone that works, and then downgrade and jailbreak...i have tired 1.1.3 2 times now both regular and jailbroken and disliked the outcome, so im in the process of going back to JB 1.1.2.

but yeah i guess a start to getting your phone feature back is to restore through iTunes.

Hi. I was on jailbreaked 1.1.2 and upgraded to the jailbreaked 1.1.3 through installer. I was not happy with the upgrade as many applications don't wokr properly including SummerBoard. I then downgraded to 1.1.1 and started the jailbreak again to get to 1.1.2. I don't know what went wrong on this process but I'm not able again to jailbreak the 1.1.2 with jailbreak.jar
At the end of the process I get the plug to Itunes logo you have on brand new Ipod or iPhones and iTunes says that it detected an iPod in recovery mode. Do somebody know what can I do?

thanks

More strange things around this. As I said I've been able to restore mi iPod and everything works fine into the springboard. I have my summerboard theme on it and all the apps I used to have. But now... on the computer that screwed up my first restoring I'm not able to see the iPod on the iTunes. I can see it on the other one though... any ideas of what can I do?

thanks

Your going to have to go back to 1.1.1 and install OktoPrep from the installer.app, then go ahead and upgrade ( Option + click update and select the 1.1.2 firmware), then run the jailbreak.jar

It's done. The iPod works now. The strange thing is that the G5 with iTunes 7.6 crashes the iPod, and the G4 with iTunes 7.5 does the whole jailbreaking succesfully.

I'm on iTunes 7.6 and only the G4 with iTunes 7.5 is able to see the iPod. I tried donwgrading to iTunes 7.5 on the G5 but with the same result. No way to see the iPod on it.

really strange...
