Since updating my iMac to Sierra, my Chrome browser no longer opens on my secondary monitor as before. I used to be able to maximize/minimize it on my secondary monitor and then close. After that, it always opened on the secondary monitor. With Sierra, it apparently no longer does that??

I can make my secondary monitor the default monitor, which solves my Chrome browser problem; however, that also moves all screen icons, as well as the iMac Dock.

Help, please!!
