So I brought 23 inch cinema display.I plug my DVI to Graphic card. When I boot my mac pro the display LED is on but when the other display at login screen the display LED gone and it the screen only show black screen any solution for this?

can you clarify a tad, you have two displays plunged in and one is black at the login screen ?
can you log in to osx or not?
if you can log in to osx dose the display work then?
have you tried plunging the display in to a different dvi plug on the gpu or the second gpu?

I'm sorry if you get offended by me saying so, but I think it is quite rude of you, to assume we want to take the time to help you, when you do not bother to explain your issue in an understandable manner.
Please answer these questions, and if you can not be bothered, then don't expect me to bother answering:
In clear terms:
- you have bought the device recently, has it ever worked as expected?
- what exactly seems to be the problem (observed behaviour vs. expected behaviour)
- Your gear (We assume you have a mac pro, we know which GPU's you have, we do not know whether the gtx 750 is flashed, we do not know which display is hooked up to which card (or which output on the cards)),
- If the problem seems somehow related to the gtx 750, what is the driver version and OS version.
