Hi all.

I'm using Tmobile with data on Edge and can successfully connect to Cisco VPN, however when the connection is established, no data flows through. Eg: No Website browsing on Safari and therefore no Outlook sync. However if I connect from Wifi, the connection works. When I disconnect from VPN, then the connection works fine on Edge.

I've used the Tmobile profile on the benm site.

Can someone help in this scenario. I'm SOL at this point.

I've tried the following APN's
epc.tmobile.com
wap.voicestream.com
internet2.voicestream.com
internet3.voicestream.com

epc and wap are the only two that works but still no VPN pass through?
any pointers?

I had the exact same problem and cleared it by a change to the carrier file but unfortunately that was on AT&T and I'm not sure about tmobile.

Mine would also connect but no data passing. Sounds like it may be related.

I experienced the problem after a software update to 3.0 and also 3.01 if I remember correctly.

It seems relavent. Tmobile has an APN that is made for VPN's. That APN does not work if Tmobile does not have it added to the plan. I believe its T-Mobile Total Internet with VPN (Virtual Private Network) internet3.voicestream.com.
Hope someone can confirm this. I'll try calling tmobile support in a while.

Can someone throw any light on this? I've called Tmobile and the rep said that the change in plan to use the VPN will not make any difference.
