I'm part of the upgrade your phone every 12 months program. I placed my order on September 14th. I had to submit a payment of $99.82 for "upgrade payment". My iPhone loan started in November 2017- so September and October would be the 11th and 12th month. Since my loan payment of $49.91 is automatically collected by Citizens One on September 19th- will I be receiving a refund from Apple when I pick up my new phone on 9/21? I asked Apple and Citizens one and I keep getting different answers. Anyone have anything in writing to confirm what's going to happen?
