I recently read on a gaming site that NCsoft and cryptic are bringing City of Heroes/Villains are coming to MAC.

I played this game since its beta on both and it is a good game, the concept is what drew me in. Able to make your own superhero or supervillain.

check it out.

Well at least it doesn't hurt to contribute here, yeah I signed up for it, and yet I have a rare feeling that i might have to regret it in the long run.

ok, having to use cider is disappointing, i won't pretend otherwise.

i mean, why can't the developers just design their code properly from the beginning so that it can work in a cross platform fashion????

that having said, i got into the CoH beta and i'm VERY impressed. i'm only noticing maybe a 5% slowdown from running in Windows on the same hardware. VERY nice. and i'm running at 1920x1200, so that's no mean feat!

you have to remember: the more games sell on a mac (cider or otherwise: the technology used does NOT define the marketplace!) the more titles and funding will come to mac development, and the happier we'll all be :)

I don't really care much for these titles, but I hope they bring Star Trek Online to the Mac!
