Here's a shot I took over a year ago... when I first got my camera. I'm pretty happy with the result. The second one has a more significant amount of post-processing, including cloning out the helicopters (I normally hate cloning photographs)
The blues in the second shot are very pleasing. Turn down the over-exposed light of the oncoming cars and the photo will be just right! You can use Photoshop and a Layer Mask to select just that region and reduce its brightness.
Sadly I had HD failure and lost all of my images about a year ago. 2000+ shots were on it . This one was saved on my server, so it's just as a jpeg, and photoshop strips exif data when saving for web. But, iirc it was a 25sec exposure, not sure of the f-stop, and it was shot on a D70 with the kit 18-70mm.
