I currently own three older MBP models. I really don't know what to do with them. I've considered setting them up into dedicated clamshell modes around the house but I don't know if with their specs its worth it. If it is, may you please recommend setups, peripherals, and generally any info/ tips? If it's not worth it may you please recommend a better, alternative course of action(s). Thanks.

Models with thier respective specs:
MBP (13', Mid-2012), 2.5GHz Intel Core i5, 1TB SSD, 16GB 1600MHz DDR3 Ram, Mojave
MBP (13', Early 2011) 2.3GHz Intel Core i5, 500GB SSD, 16GB 1600MHz DDR3 Ram, High Sierra
MBP (13', Late 2011) 2.4GHz Intel Core i5, 500GB HDD, 4GB 1333MHz DDR3, Lion

What will you be using all three computers for if setup throughout the house? If you are just going to use them for media content (i.e. streaming), I’d suggest to sell them all and use that money for devices dedicated for that purpose. There are better devices designed for that purpose, and as @TGM85 commented, these machines still fetch a decent amount used if there are no issues with them. You can probably get around $300-400 a piece to upgrade towards a newer, better machine. Just my opinion.
