So I have been thinking about back tracking and collecting the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd gen Apple Watch Classic Buckle Black 42mm bands. I have been researching part numbers and have gotten here:

1st gen: MJ4W2ZM/A
2nd gen: MLHH2ZM/A or MMHD2AM/A (or both?)
3rd gen: ?

I need help figuring out why both of there are seemingly two 2nd gen part numbers for the same band, as well as the 3rd gen part number if anyone has it. Thanks everyone!

If you go to the Apple website (or do a Google search for a band that you know is currently sold), each webpage of that band has its own model number listed in the URL. Most people don’t notice this. The current Black Classic Buckle being sold is MPWR2AM/A. Hope this helps...

Thanks Pete! That is helpful, but doesn’t work out too much for the older, discontinued bands.
