Visited local Apple Store to look at Nylon bands. I also looked at the CB leather bands. They only had 2 that I can look at. The Saddle Brown was nice and the stitching is much more pronounced than on the Apple website. Color same as before. The stitching is kind of brown-gold like...it does stand out against the brown leather.

The other CB band was the blue one. The stitching is AWESOME! Very pronounced and gives it character for sure.

Sure will when I get it. I ordered the day it came out, and it said 2-3 weeks. Looking forward to it.

Thanks :) ah sucks when it's such a long wait. I'm tempted to buy the midnight blue band but not 100% as not sure if it's the same as the display editions they show (except different hardware). Currently shipping is 4 - 6 weeks! :(

Yeah it does. Well from what pictures posted here it looks a little bit lighter then the Apple site, but I am ok with that.

It does look lighter from the pictures posted here which I'd personally find a bit disappointing as I love the midnight blue colour of the modern buckle so was hoping the colour would be the same/ similar. Let me know if you still like it when you receive yours :)

Will do. It may be the light that makes it look like it is.

Bought one today, too.
I now have the original black, the saddle brown v2 and the midnight blue v3.

Had a storm gray in my hands too at the Apple Store, but just couldn't bring myself to spend $300 on two bands at one time.

Oh very nice. :) Do you by any chance have the midnight blue leather iPhone case that Apple sells? I'd really love to see if they match? :)

Is that Marine Blue? Blue Jay looks from the site to be lighter, maybe more like turquoise jewelry color, but lighting can make things look different. I'm considering one of those blue colors. Like the white and the storm gray if its not too dark. I'm liking my nylon band alot so may want to pick one or two different colors in that and wait til Fall for the leathers. My classic black v1 is very light weight and not bad during the summer for dressier wear so am torn. Thanks for the photos.

Not sure. I did not ask the Apple guy. I think that it is Marine blue.

Everything looks brighter in the Apple Store luckily that's not real life.

I ordered the midnight blue classic buckle last Tuesday. Sadly when it arrived on Wednesday it was slightly damaged but other than that I was happy with the feel, quality and colour so arranged for a replacement. Replacement arrived today. Very happy with it can't wait to use it now! :D thanks to everyone who posted pictures here, really helped me make the decision to take the plunge and order the CB. :D

Sorry to bring up this old thread. However with a recent obsession with navy blue things, including the Apple midnight blue classic leather band, I realized that it was sold out everywhere. However I just found that the brooklyn Apple Store ( just opened) had 2 42mm in stock (they had a couple buried in the back). I purchased one and it is great in quality as some of the imitation blue leather bands I tried were terrible. If anyone is looking and is in the nyc area, the store may still have one...would check online stock to be sure. It's not orders orderable online for pickup, but if it shows stock online they should have the last one in stock as the guy said when I went to go pick up mine. Just wanted to let people know if they were looking.
