I have a MacBook Pro with Lion currently installed, and want to do a clean install for Mountain Lion. I am going to Install Snow Leopard First. But do i install Lion then Mountain Lion or go from Snow Leopard straight to Mountain Lion. Which is best and will there be any difference?

I just burned the mountain lion DMG to dvd and did a clean install reformatting the drive. What you're doing is an upgrade, not a clean install.

Here's how to get Lion onto a USB drive- you will need at least an 8GB drive: http://www.tuaw.com/2011/08/11/build-your-own-lion-install-usb-thumb-drive-for-cheap/

As stated above you're planning an 'upgrade' install rather than a full, clean install. I 'upgraded' from Leopard to Snow Leopard, had weird problems (Spotlight returning results in Cantonese amongst other things) and went for a clean install. Doing the same with Lion this weekend to try and fix some niggles and strongly recommend it for your installations :)
