Clean Install or Not?

I have purchased a new mac, but it has lion. I have not used it yet. Should I still clean install ML, or it would not make any difference, since it has not been used. (If I do no clean install, I will just install app store and download ML and install it)

You'll be fine just installing Mountain Lion, over Lion.

Just do an upgrade - clean install is a placebo.
