Clean Install Using Recovery Partition

Hey I am Currently selling my Mac Mini Late 2012 online and I want to do a clean install, but when I do a clean install will iLife reinstall or will it be Lost? Reason Im not using Time Machine to Migrate because I dont want any of my things going with the computer. I dont want the person buying it, to not get what they are supposed to receive. Thanks for any help in advanced.

iLife will be gone. You get iLife apps through the App Store and not as part of the OS install.

They will have to pay. The iLife DL is tied to your AppleID, which they won't have of course.
