clean the screen of MBP

What is best used to clean the screen of a MBP? I have a microfiber cloth, but I need to get rid of some smudges. Should I use water or eyeglass cleaner..or is there a special substance I need to buy to best clean the screen??

I use iClean by Monster....

it is a really good product. you get two fibre cloths with it too... has lasted me for over a year now, i usually clean the screen when it needs it, not by any schedule at all.
