I have a ton apps that have stored hidden data in iCloud, using the cloud kit api, not iCloud drive. Is there a way to delete the folders and data via my MacBook? A lot of them aren't showing up on my iPhone.

You mean like these? Mine shows a hidden folder for any app that uses iCloud drive for storage. It appears to create those folders for each app even if you have no data in them. If you still have the apps installed, I would not mess with it.

This has been bugging me for ages. Haven't found a way to delete them and I have at least a dozen old hidden folders from apps I deleted years ago.
