I'm getting ready to install Fusion and Windows XP on my Mac, but the only things I want to do are run Warcraft 3 and the software for my blackberry, and the occasional internet browsing. I know windows is bloated with a lof of software and trial software that I don't want or need. What is the best way to go about getting rid of that useless stuff? What all do I need to keep and what can I delete and how do I delete it?

Optimizing windows is very difficult or impossible. That's why people use OSX.
1. for games you should use bootcamp.
2. after install and driver install, you should back it up using WinClone.
3. then whenever windows needs a reformat, just restore from the winclone backup.
If VMware works then you can just backup the initial VM machine
Otherwise you can read tweakguides, but personally I gave up after reading 20 pages of it:

If you are installing Windows yourself it doesn't come with trial ware. Please don't listen to the ignorance passed off as wisdom on these forums. Windows XP on its own is no more bloated than OSX is.
Why bother with Windows for Warcraft 3? The disc you use for the Windows install will install in OSX.
If you want to keep Windows tidy I recommend these programs:

Under light use Windows doesn't clutter or slow down, its only if you constantly install/uninstall programs that it gets cluttered.
