Getting an iPad soon so I'm wondering.

How do you clean you're iPad?

I generally clean my're iPad with a micro fiber cloth when the screen gets smudged with finger prints.

Slightly damp soft cloth or microfiber.

OP - Btw: I can't help myself: maybe English isn't your first language, but in any case, it's "your", not "you're". The latter is the contraction of "you" and "are", so you can see where it doesn't make sense.

Edit: Blinded I lol'd at your much more subtle grammar hint through the use of "my're". :)

First I wash my hands. I then make sure to put on a fresh pair of clean polyurethane gloves. Once I have checked both of those off my list, I then get a piece of derma cloth and wipe down any residue that might be sitting on the top layer of the screen of my iPad. I spray some iKlear on the screen and make sure to use a flannel cloth measuring exactly 5.75" x 4.35" to wipe down my iPad making sure to wipe down in a nice circular motion. I let the screen dry and let it sit for at least a week before using it again. Make sure to repeat this at least twice a month.

English is my first language. Was a simple typing mistake. Im only 15 x]

Microfiber on the glass, damp cloth on the back. Use same for Macbook and iPhone.

If I'm wearing a clean t-shirt, sometimes, i just wipe it on my chest and stomach.

Pour some warm water into a glass.

Put 1 drip of normal detergent into the water (just a tiny tiny amount)

Use a piece of kitchen towel dipped into this water (only lightly) and wipe around the iPad screen.

Take care to avoid any dampness along edge

Another dry piece of towel to slightly dry.

I cannot see how only plain water will remove oils / acids from your skin off the glass.

where can i get one of these Microfiber cloths every one is going on about?

I use to do it with the bottom of my t-shirt. it works better if you add some navel pilusas.

or you can use something like this; i bought mine for 3 euros and it's perfect both for the screen and for the apple case

I use a non-alcohol based computer cleaner on mine if the microfiber cloth doesn't work.

I got my 10"x10" microfiber cloth off Amazon for about $2-3. I got it originally for my photography and cleaning my lenses.

Eyeglass cleaner + cloth that came with my eyeglasses. ;)

Btw, your/you're mistake is almost always made by native speakers. Learners don't write out words based on how they sound, they tend to think more about word meaning.

Costco carry them! You can buy a household version by the household washing up section or a large pack of them in the automotive section.
