" Clear" button issue

Just wondering if anyone else is having this problem, the top clear button on most pages does not work in iOS 9, I've had it in all betas including today's beta 5. It's better, Safari at least clears. I've included screenshots of the clear button I'm referencing which happens every time. I cannot clear that notification. No matter how many times I try.

Anybody else?

I've had some notifications get stuck and not clear here and there, but it hasn't been all that common. Usually restarting gets things working.

Update, I noticed that it seems to be only when I have an email there, I can swipe to show the mark as read or trash, but neither of these options work either. But I had a GroupMe notification that cleared without any issue. Issue persists in portrait and landscape modes.
