If you're talking about Safari, I believe that option is on the Develop menu. To access that menu, go to Safari > Preferences > Advanced and check "Show Develop menu on menu bar".
Click on the application menu and select "Reset Safari...". Select what settings you want to reset (clear) and then click the Reset button.
