Clear confirmation of iPad in Target stores

As someone who works for Target directly in the signing dept, figures I would turn up definitive proof of our carrying the iPad. I present to you DPCI 004-28-1813, aka SIGN HEADER IPAD HEADER, which according to our system, is a sign to top a new sales floor location for the iPad.

Being the creative person I am, I have screen grabs of the previously known dpci's as well as this one.

If you've got a bank account or want to apply for credit, Target will be offering 5% off when you use your redcard on all transactions starting Oct. 17th. 5% may not be much, but hey, 25$ is 25$

I have spoken with the person over dept 057 for the company who informed me that there will indeed be a strret date of October 3rd. Even if stores get them in before that date, they wouldnt be able to sell them till store opening on oct. 3rd.

On top of that October 3rd is my B-day. So yeah, if it does come out on target on the 3rd wh00t for me.

10% off at the cost of his job, is it worth it? I'm sure Target HQ will be watching many iPad transactions. Here's a better idea: Target RedCard, starting Oct. 17th, you'll save 5% off everything at Target, including Apple products. (This is instead of the "10% off for a day" rewards coupons we get for every 1000$ spent, but the 5% RedCard still stacks with the 10% employee discount)

Same price, same number of models, pretty safe to assume, yeah. There is still no description up for the items.

i would think there would be stronger rumors of new models if there actually were any new ones coming out, but i didn't see the model #s in the pics and the price doesn't tell me anything because apple usually upgrades and keeps the same prices. either way, i'm not optimistic that there will be new models.
