Introduced first on Yosemite. Now on ios9. When you clear history it also clears auto login passwords on sites......pffffffff Apple. I have found a workaround to clear only sites log on Mac but not on iPhone. Any tip ?

Apart from clearing the sites in your history one by one, I haven't figured out another way... Btw are you Greek? Your username seems familiar :p

Ante Spase re Malaka :p

Go to your Mac -> Safari ->History -> Show History -> cmd+A in order to select all links -> cmd+shift+backspace to send them on trash.

With that walkthrought u can delete your history without being logged out from your favorites sites.

I'm not about to attempt clearing my history. But it even clears all your auto fill username/email & passwords if they are in the iCloud Keychain?

As i wrote below.... you dont loose your stored passwords on the keychain..... it just gets you logged out..... sth that didnt happen with "Clear History" on iOS 8 and Mavericks... it was first introduced on Yosemite and now iOS9.
