Clear Software Update Flag

Just updated my iPhone 5s to IOS 10.1 (14B72). But when I go into Settings/Gerneral/Software Update i still see a big red 1 - indicating a pending software update. But when I click on the Software Update it displays that my iPhone is current - no update required. Any ideas in clearing the flag?

Yes I force terminated the setup screen and restarted. No sucess.

Toggle the badge icon notification in your Notifications settings for the App Store.

Reset all settings is another, albeit annoying, option that may or may not resolve this. Or, you could just give it some time, I'd say about a week or so. Sometimes patience is all it takes. In my experience, this particular graphical glitch cannot be consistently resolved (i.e. there's not one method that takes care of it), but it is consistently resolved.
