Cleardock HELP

I cant get this thing to work at all! i downloaded it and opened it but when i make changes the dock disapear for a second like its being restarted or something but it remains grey, i have no idea how to use this thing and yes i checked the recolour box. ..... im so lost

Have you gone into 'Application Enhancer' in System Preferences and unchecked the 'Re-Color the Dock Dackground' box? Make sure the box is unchecked

had the same problems. Disable the program completely, log-out, log-in, log-out again, log-in again, and there should be no dock background after this final time...at least that's how it worked for me...kinda strange that this feature isn't included in OSX, but oh well.
