General Clearing cache on iOS (I have iPad)

hello,

anyone experiencing bugs in iOS 11 Spotlight? I can find many documents and emails by Spotlight, which were deleted before few weeks or even months. It just shows old documents which are no longer present on device. Any idea how to fix it or clear cache? Thanks.

Thanks, but I still see files (like documents in Word) in Spotlight which were deleted before month :-O

Go to Settings > Word, and turn off siri & spotlight

 

[now i see it]

Try turning off spotlight, then force restarting the phone. Then turn spotlight on again.
