So there is a feature to clear out all cookies.
I wonder if at times someone might want to clear out their cookies, but for some sites, would not have a problem if those cookies remained-- say for instance, this one.

So I've always wondered why there has never been a feature where you can clear out all cookies and/or website date except for those that you have chosen as "preferred." It seems that all you can do to accomplish the same thing is to go in an select blocks of cookies to delete that you don't care about and skip the ones you don't mind allowing. You would have to do this everytime, but if you could designate some as "preferred", it might be useful.c

Or is there such a feature?

All part of the same "feature":
Safari-Prefs-Privacy-click on the 'Manage Website Data' button.
