I just noticed that when I clear ALL history from Safari on my iMac it is not clearing ALL history and there will be still random websites and folders from past days left over. It seems to erase some history but not all.

And, I just checked my MBP and the history is different on that Mac. It use to erase history for ALL devices.

Anyone have any idea why it is doing this?

Thanks

Try this: Open Safari Preferences, click on Advanced, and then place a check in "Show develop menu".

Restart Safari and then select the Develop menu item. Select "clear caches".

That will remove history as well as all your favicons. So be sure you want to do that first.
