Update: I pressed submit too early and didn't finish typing my subject and I do not seem to see a way to update the subject....

I connected an external drive with music and videos that I use in iTunes. I just checked the music folder on my SSD on my iMac and I see inside the iTunes folder that there are some folders of music.

1. If I have the music copied to the external drive, and iTunes is not pointing to the old iTunes folder on the SSD, is there any reason I shouldn't just delete the entire folder?
