I like to remove images from my iPhone Camera Roll that have already been synced/imported into iPhoto on my Mac.

My Problem - I use Photo Stream, and I have iPhoto setup to only import new photos which haven't already been imported into iPhoto... Images from my iPhone Camera Roll that were previously imported into iPhoto via Photo Stream remain on my iPhone.

Do I have to resort to manually deleting all of these images (over 700 images in my case)?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated... Thanks!

Connect your device and fire up "Image Capture". From there it's easy to delete them all with 1 click.
