I'm using AutoUnlock and it works fine, in case CleverPin isn't working for you. Doesn't have the Music feature, which I'd like, but it's free.

I'm interested on this too. I've been playing around with the purchase button for a while now. Can't really decide if it's worth it.

I guess this happens to everyone, when your phone is asleep and you press the sleep/home button it shows the lock screen and you can see the connection is GPRS, EDGE, 3G or LTE. It takes one or two seconds to switch to Wifi.

Do you guys usually find yourselves unlocking the device and seeing the passcode lock because it wasn't connected to the wifi network yet?

What repo is that in? Can't find it in the default ones.

Yeah, I noticed on my older iPhone 4 and 4S that CleverPin wouldn't always work, given it would take a second or two to latch onto WiFi. My iPhone 5 is faster to grab the WiFi signal and so the problem is less so, but it still occasionally happens. I don't think its something the developer could solve, unless you installed a tweak like Insomnia to keep the WiFi radio on at all times... but then the trade-off is lowered battery life.

It isn't.

I purchased it, and it does work as advertised on my iPhone 5.

Why?

Yes yes, I was just trying to point out that despite the good idea behind cleverpin it can still be faulty due to phone limitations…

I mean, if it was free… But if I pay $1.49 I wanna be sure it's gonna be work as expected the most times I unlock the phone.

My home Wifi (the only one I would configure as save) does usually connect pretty fast, I guess I'd have to deal with some cases in which it doesn't.

My main concern is about general functionality. I seem to find very different reviews from different users. An example right above you, lol
