I don't understand what's going on here....when i try to view or listen to windows media files in Firefox (I believe this happens in Safari too), it's telling me that I do not have the plug in.

...it gets this error telling me I need a plug in to view the file, then when I say "okay let's do this", it tells me no suitable plug ins are found. I don't have this problem on my PPC at work, but with my Intel Mac, it's been a problem since day 1.

Any idea how to fix this? I clicked Manual Install but that doesnt seem to help me...can you?

Here are some pictures of what's happening:

Flip4Mac

Try using Flip4Mac, the UB version is still in the beta process for intel macs, but I have installed it and works perfectly, see if it helps you.

Where can I get the beta UB version? I cannot install the one that is on the flip4mac page.

same here where to get the beta version

There's another one out there somewhere. Search the forums or Google. They're about to take it out of beta any day now if you can wait though.
