Click on "Reply button" doesn't work in Big Sur

When you reply or forward an email there will be a little arrow icon next to the original mail, as per the attachment (that shows a forward arrow next to Helena Gustavsson):

Since Big Sur I am not able to click on that arrow to go to the original mail! This is very tedious and I wonder if this is just me, or if it affects all users...?
Can someone please confirm?

Same here (and forward), unless you open the message in a new window. I've also had issues not being able to mark as unread.

What icon/menu item do you use to do that?

I've completed my bug report to Apple with this information. Hopefully it will get fixed soon.
