Click to Plugin and Youtube + Safari issues

Since upgrading to El Capitan, Click-to-Plug in no longer works on YouTube (I just get a gray box). Also, with Ghostery enabled there is a few second delay between loading pages and having them appear.

I simply assumed this would be resolved in 10.11.1 or 10.11.2 or with updates to the plug-ins, but nothing has helped yet. I was just curious if other's have notice this.

I had to disable the Click-To-Flash plugin under El Capitan because the Plugin caused YouTube video titles, links and all other text to show up as corrupted fonts (nothing but boxes with question marks in them.)

I take it you are talking about Safari? Have you tried FireFox or Chrome?

Safari is my browser of choice with Reading List and iOS sync, so I'll just disable extensions for a while and give it another go in 10.11.2
