Hi there,

Is there a way to stop my calendar from email every single invitee every time I hit either Snooze or Close on the calendar notification that shows up x minutes before the meeting? My work uses Office 365 for email/calendar.

Thanks!

I've never seen that. What's in the email?

Don't see any setting at the OWA that would affect that but I didn't expect to.

You mean the Mac's Mail and Calendar app, correct?

The only setting that even sounds close is Calendar>Preferences>Advanced>Ask before sending changes to events.

Yes I mean Mac's Mail and Calendar app. In the 2nd email it sends, it's the original Calendar invitation to all the invitees. I don't think it is a setting on the server as my Windows PC never does this, just whenever I hit either Close or Snooze on the Mac's meeting notification reminder, an email gets sent out right away. Super annoying.
