Hello
As per the title, I can no longer get to the Security & Privacy panel of Preferences -- I only get the spinning wheel when I try. All I can do then is "kill `pgrep Preferences`"
Additonally, both tccutil and systemextensionsctl hang.
I am OK with technology but very new macs and macos -- how would I go on investigating this?
I'd be grateful for any ideas and pointers.
Many thanks
Berkan
More info:
* This is happening on an MBP M1 running Big Sur 11.2.3, and I noticed it yesterday.
* It's happening for all users, admin and standard.
* I cannot be sure if these are connected, but just before I noticed this:
1) the laptop had crashed while in sleep (a kernel panic - i don't know why)
2) I installed a new Service (emacs-anywhere), and said OK to a prompt that authorised triggering it while using Google Chrome.
