iPhone Clips app forced update

Just (a few minutes ago) randomly noticed the Clips app update on the Home Screen of my iPhone 12 Pro running iOS 14.6. All automatic updates were and still are turned OFF.

I’ve never caught it doing a forced update before. Not happy. What’s up with this? Policy change at Apple? Something special about Clips (which, btw, I’ve never used)? Anyone else experienced this?
