Can anyone point me in the direction of where I can find some widgets like the one below? One of these widgets is the last piece to my springboard puzzle and I've been struggling to find some choices. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

That's Epiq iWidget. I know because I have it on all of my homescreens. You may want to install GPS Lockscreen Weather first. It's a Winterboard theme, but you don't have to activate it. Installing it though also gives you an app called MyWeather. Turn on the Sig option (you can switch on the GPS option too if you want). Epiq will pick up on the GPS info and give you the correct locale.

Otherwise you will have to find the config.js file and edit in your weather code. If you do that, your weather will be fixed to the code. GPS Lockscreen Weather is much better (even if you do not use the theme, which I don't) because Epiq will update the city depending on where you are.

P.S. You'll need to have the iWidget tweak installed to use this.
P.P.S. The dev is a Spanish speaker, so when the twelfth rolls around you will see is spelled twelvth. :D

Forecast will let you have the weather and time directly in a widget for Notification Center, then you can use Dashboard X to add that widget in the home screen.

Dashboard X is $1.99. iWidgets is free. Epiq iWidget is an iWidget, one of several out there, all free.

I have Forecast, which is why I've chosen to disable the GPS Weather Lockscreen on the LS. But I have iWidgets installed along with Epiq iWidget and quite a few other iWidgets, all free.

You can get Dashboard X if you want, but why pay $1.99 to put iWidgets on your homescreen(s) when iWidget is free?

Unbelievable.....So I just tried to install iWidgets, again. Once I respring it has sent me into an endless boot cycle. I was able to get out of it before but Im not able to get out. Ive tried holding down the power and home button and also the power and volume up button. The phone reboots and then goes back into the cycle of flashing the apple logo and then my lock screen.

Anyone have any advice on how I can remedy this? I don't get why iWidgets is causing my phone to do this.

I think Safe Mode is just the volume up key by itself on boot.

No idea why it would do this. I've not had any trouble.

Thanks, that did the trick and I was able to delete iWidgets. I might have to send an email to the developer and ask why iWidgets is causing that.

As I understand it, iWidgets are little bits of HTML code. Maybe you have a tweak installed that is conflicting with iWidget, perhaps some tweak that uses HTML already?

Just guessing. I hope you can find a solution as iWidgets is really a nice little tweak.

Im trying to think what might be causing iWidget to not work. I don't believe I have any HTML tweaks installed. Here is what I have that is listed under settings.

I also have Browser Changer, No Lock Bars, Pandora Skips, and Spot Remover installed.?????

Well, Winterboard uses HTML in some themes, so maybe something in there. Could be Springtomize or Auxo. IDK, I don't use those two, but I do believe they modify the lockscreen and homescreen. That'd be my guess anyway, based on your screenshot.

Hey great tip, thanks. One little niggle though, the GPS icon stays on all the time in the taskbar, is this normal?

Neil.

Yeah, it's normal. The MyWeather app has some sort of process running in the background I think. It's accessing Location Services, hence the icon. You can turn off the GPS part of MyWeather and use just the Sig part, but I'm not sure that will turn off the icon.

Note, the GPS Weather Lockscreen idea isn't mine so I can't claim it. Picked it up from another user here when I was trying to get Epiq iWidget to to show the correct locale. Glad, I could pass it along though.
