Clock Issue & WiFi Connectivity

First and Foremost, I have a refurb...

First Issue,
It happens several times a day, but my phone's clock will be 20-30 minutes behind of the actual time. I just take my phone out of sleep mode, and it is behind. Is anyone else having this issue?

Second Issue,
With this refurb, I cannot connect to my home WiFi. No matter what I do. I recognizes that the WiFi is there, and then pretends to connect, but it won't. I am starting to think I need a new WiFi hub. Any ideas?

i suggest you take it to an Apple store and try to get a new one.

yes tack that baby in, they should be able to replace it for something that works.
