I was wondering if there is a solution to the clock being wrong when I switch from using windows to osx?

Don't let windows adjust/set the time. Set windows to whatever timezone makes the time correct, WITHOUT adjusting the time itself. Turn off internet time synching in windows.

I asked Applecare about this since when I run windows it sets my clock off by 5 hours. The guy said he had not heard of this yet, but since Bootcamp is still in Beta he took note of the situation to let the engineers know. This probably doesn't mean much, just passing on what I've heard.

Just follow what I outlined above, and it'll work for now. You just have to make sure you turn off the deal letting windows adjust date/time/network time. :)
