I'm running LuxMark v2.1 on my MP6,1, 2.7GHz 12-core, 64GB RAM, 1TB SSD with dual D700s.

The LuxMark v2.1 displays under the Hardware Devices -> GPUs and Accelerators

Clock: 850 MHz for first D700
and
Clock: 150 MHz for 2nd D700

Is this to be expected or is something wrong here. I was expecting the Clock rate to be the same for both GPUs.

Thanks....

Luxmark reads the clocks when it starts, as such the second GPU is idle. Although once the benchmark starts it'll clock itself up.

It's just reporting wrong clock. If you render on individual cards you will get the same render time.
