Well, i just used SuperDuper to clone my internal HDD to a SSD I had connected via usb with the intent of swapping them. However, after nosing around with Disk Utility, i noticed that while SuperDuper says they are identical , Disk Utility says otherwise. Notice the number of files/folders as well as the used space

I'm only wondering because, when i first got my mini, i had updated my MBP to be the most current version of ML and then i just went into the mini to swap the drives...:( yeah, that was a no go. So then i used the migration assistant to get my stuff moved over and now SuperDuper to clone the new mini drive to my old MBP SSD. But after reading that the mini has its own special version of ML I'm guessing thaw why my first drive swap didnt go well. What isnt transferring over in my "cloning"?

Afaik temp & swap files aren't cloned so the space is free. I used SuperDuper multiple times without any problems, nobody ever had data missing.
