iPad mini CLOSE thread please - thank you!

My granddaughter’s mini 5 sitting right next to her older 6th gen and getting ZERO cellular service.Yes, it has cellular set up and it was working in the car, but why would it not pick up cellular where every other device in the house (4 other iPads and a phone) are picking up cellular?

Nah - none of them were in use, but when I would turn them on they’d have signal.

It turned out the line was messed up - yet another phone call to ATT, but thank goodness I got someone who appeared to know what he was doing, and he was nice too!
