Cloud Camera App "Airtake" - Test

Hi I am an app developer and just launched an app: https://itunes.apple.com/app/id862318816?mt=8

It's a cloud camera app, helps you take photos without local storage.

I know some functions and UX are not mature, so please comment here to tell me. I will try to add your ideas in the next version. Really need you guy's suggestion.

The idea of this app was from my mum, she likes taking photos but feel annoyed by data transferring or iCloud. And I found that many people around me feel frustrated by storage limit.

Then here comes Airtake

Where do the pictures save to? Can we delete them if needed? Can you afford that 100GB of space per user?

This here from your website makes no sense:

Are you compressing people's images? Because that's not good at all.

Why are you storing contacts on your server? Don't do that!

Otherwise the idea is pretty good. You need to include the photos themselves in your policy though.

I know that none of this isn't related to the UX at all, but it's crucial that you address the above. It can stop people from signing up to begin with.

Thank so much for being the first one comment here.

Airtake is a cloud camera app, so when you take photo with Airtake, it will automatically upload your photo to cloud. Airtake based on Amazon Cloud, and encrypt every photo on the cloud, only your password can access the photos, you know, the iCloud scandal pushed me a lot on security problem.
Yes, we can afford 100GB for everyone like other cloud products, dropbox, SpiderOak etc. Amazon provide some free storage and we also bought some.

As for "3500MB to 35MB", this is something we don't express well. We intent to express that you just need to spend around 35MB to install the app, and you don't need any local storage for taking photos. Thanks for pointing out this, it will really be a misunderstanding.
