Hi, I’m looking for a cloud storage app for ios that allows local storage of the files as well. For in case when I’m in areas without cellular network. OneDrive does this - I can mark certain folders to download to the phone, but it only allows this at the highest tier that includes the office apps, which I don’t want to pay for. I only want to pay for storage, not for office etc.

I like the native files app, but it downloads files as and when I access them, which is not ideal for my use case.

And Dropbox. I use that for this type of scenario. Free tier as I don't have a lot of files that fall into this use case.

You can definitely check out pCloud. I've read that they have an offline access feature. And they launch different promotions quite a lot, so you can buy a plan for less money.
