I downloaded ios9 last week on my 6 Plus, I have 20 gig of cloud space, and until last week I had well over 8 gig left, but now my cloud says I can't back up my phone or iPad, and I deleted the phone and the iPad from the cloud to reset it and even though it shows no phone or iPad connected, it still says I only have 8 gig of free cloud storage even though neither of my 2 devices show connected anymore. Only thing I can come up with is maybe it still has my iOS 8 phone back up saved even though it doesn't show it?? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I can't back up either device

I called Apple, seems my cloud is still storing my iOS 8.4 data even though I can't see it which is eating up 10 gig of my space and Apple can't delete it, I'm at a loss

I'm on the site, still doesn't show the iOS 8 back up, just the iOS 9, so I'm using 20 gig (10 gig for 8 and 10 gig for 9) just because it won't let me see and delete the iOS 8 back up, this is crazy

File feedback if on PB or a radar if a developer. Many of us have the same issue.

Bad thing is now since it has me over my 20 Gig just for my phone and I couldnt back up my phon eor iPad, now I had to up to the 200 gig plan for $3.99 a month instead of the $20 Gig I had for $10 a year. I dont see why Apple Support can not just delete all my back ups for me so I can start fresh. Very frustrating to now have to pay for something I do not need.
