MP 1,1-5,1 cMP 3.1 does not start after CPU update

Hi guys!
I installed 2x X5482 (SLANZ) CPUS on a 2008 Mac Pro, but it dont turn on.
I only get the sound of the fans spinning and there is no signal to the monitor.
If I put my old processor back, then everything works. The processors are working fine for sure, I checked them on the Wondows server.

Please help solve the problem

You mistakenly bought socket LGA771 Xeons seller modded to be used on socket LGA775 boards…

It won't work with a Mac Pro.

The cMP 3,1 is not compatible with all steppings. "SLB" steppings do not work, but "SLA" do.

E0 steppings such as "SLBBD" won't work. There's someone on MacRumors that encountered this issue after testing different SKUs.
