I've taken a habit to flash @tsialex BootROM every 3 months, for safety. I would like however to learn what tools I can use to check the NVRAM size, so I can flash the ROM even earlier or prevent any possible failures. Technically, I want to make a dump and look at the details, I think @Macschrauber made a tool for that.

Thank you for your help.

UEFIToolNE, if you want to learn how to do it yourself or @Macschrauber tool:

Anyway you choose to do it, the important thing is to track it over a period of time since the garbage collection process is not immediate and sometimes takes 11 re-boots to complete.

My tool writes a test results log file with a date stamp in the filename into the downloads folder (aside the dump).

This will get you a nice archive how the nvram grows and shrinks after the GC.

I also posted the results of a full nvram run (from rebuilt to full to garbage collection):
